Edit the privacy wording in the journal if it is public

The settings say that the journal should be public. At the same time, the disclaimer at the bottom of the journal says, "This is your journal. Visit history and closed badges are visible only to you.", which can be misleading, since visit history is currently visible.

It would be worth checking the wording in different languages and with different privacy settings, in the authorized and unauthorized journal view areas.
