Add a toggle in search for showing/hiding the description. Remember the user's setting.

Currently, when searching, a brief description of the onsen is shown if available. On one hand, this can be useful; on the other hand, it fills the screen with relatively useful information and visually distracts, since some entries have a description and others do not. A toggle would let users choose according to their preference.
