Fix the card for Sea Wave Hotel

On Google there are two points for Sea Wave Hotel - the hotel itself and the onsen, which is actually in the same building, just in the second wing. Right now in onsenoni it is not the hotel, but a separate onsen with Google Maps pinned as the main object in the Beppu achievement for 88 onsens. This contradicts the logic we discussed earlier: the point marks the establishment (in this case, the hotel), and the onsen is not marked in onsenoni because it is part of the establishment. So, what needs to be done:

1. Add this point to Beppu 88 onsendo: https://onsenoni.com/ru/places/3023b25839-sea-wave-hotel
2. Exclude this point from Beppu 88 onsendo: https://onsenoni.com/ru/places/51n9hjze3f-beppu-onsendo-196
3. Delete or hide/archive this point from the onsenoni map: https://onsenoni.com/ru/places/51n9hjze3f-beppu-onsendo-196
4. Consider whether such deleted incorrect points from Google Maps should be marked somehow separately in the onsenoni backend, so that when they are added in the future, they can be immediately rejected with the correct comment for the user or at least highlighted for moderators as most likely an incorrect point, since it was previously removed for being "incorrect".
